If Jeremy is not guilty, then he should proceed all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. If he is guilty, he is wasting a lot of money! L8R. DD.

Actually, if he wanted to be smart, TAKE the guilt, because not everyone would believe his arguing against it. What they WOULD do is respect that he did something stupid, went to rehab, got on the straight and narrow. Lots of celebs have been proven addicts and turn it around be avoiding the whole 'denial' BS which is already a well-known stage of addiction.

lol actually at this point, its a bit late, even for that. That's what stupidity gets you - even when there's a way out, they just make it worse by arguing.

IMO, Jeremy had a "tarnished reputation" long before his positive drug test. He has a long history of being difficult to work with. He forced himself out of a ride @penske same story @evernham. He started making waves with NASCAR.... THATS what tarnished his rep.

Do I believe his story? It's plausible. Do I believe NASCAR is holding him down with this drug test. They've done it b4 with other drivers. If he was smart, he should have just accepted the guilt.

Yea' he's doing meth and driving a car that can reach above 140 degrees inside, at 200 mph. O' and that's real easy all meth user can do that.
GeT REAL ! IDIOTS. You all need to admit guilt of being a moron, with no common sence.
