Well, what are the banned substances? If I get pulled over by the fuzz, my name will be in the newspaper, along with a description of what I allegedly did wrong. Be it Pot, B.A.C percentage or speeding. Why can't NADSCAR open the rule book for anyone to read? I enjoy reading of someone breaking that rule: Actions detrimental to racing. How vague.
