Nascar is a joke, Robby won that race. I am in no way a Robby Gordon fan either. God forbid someone challenges the almighty Nascar....no thanks, I'll go to Eldora any day instead and see the real racing.

Make up your mind which one of the "Gorbons" you are and then say something coherent.

Robbie Gordon is a real dip, but he didn't deserve that from NASCAR.

See my money NASCAR??? I'm gonna spend it some place else the next few months.

He never should have acted the way he did. He should have moved back in line where NASCAR was telling him to, and then BLASTED Helton, France, and the rest of the bunch for fixing races to the media.

He got off easy. Gordon passed Ambrose under yellow to start all of this mess. We, the TV viewers didn’t see that. All we saw was the second spin to pass. So, everyone thinks that Robby was shafted. Had Robby stayed put, I’m sure that he would have at least had another chance to pass under green. As it stands his little boy temper not only cost Ambrose his first win, but his ride Sunday and 35K. Though I’m not too sure he’ll miss the money all that much.

Regardless, no sport can have its players ignore the officials. I don’t feel sorry for him in the least.

Don't get me wrong I'm not a Robbie Gordon fan. However NASCAR is way wrong on their decision over the Busch race. The question is. Is NAscar becomming a high speed play house for the P/C winners?

If he "passed under yellow", like you said, then that means the field was frozen at the time with Ambrose in 1st and RG in 2nd. Robby stated himself "I know we should be either 1st or 2nd" NASCAR botched the call and told him to line up 13th.

I'm not a big fan of drivers playing bumper cars, and generaly acting stupid...but NA$CHIKEN is WRONG on this deal.

Robby won taht race, nad NA$CHIKEN has too much pride to sat they were wrong.

One thing is for sure in this whole situation, everybody involved screwed the pooch in one way or another. NASCAR is at the top of the pile though. First, whatever the line up when the yellow came out that started the whole problem is what they should have went back too. Second, when Gordon did not respond to the directive to drop back to 13 they should not have restarted the race with him still on the track. They should have brought the field around, red flagged the field at the start/finish line and physically placed an official in front of his car while the rest of the field was restarted and allowed to move away with the pace car. The safety of the other participants and the fans is paramount and NASCAR should never put another driver in the situation they did Ambrose. Robby Gordon should still be wondering NASCAR will ever let him race again in Busch or Cup.

nascar lost a fan last week. Reminded me of a Wendell Scott kinda deal. Knew nascer had one in for Robbie. Was clear he wuz spun during yellow. Guess REAL stock cars (doorslammerz) are in SCCA. Nascar is a joke anymore, like wresteling and monster trucks. I miss real nascar. They jumped the shark.

These cars aren't real.

They quit being real when theybecame kit cars without VIN numbers.

NASCAR doesn't seem to understand how ugly that Robby Gordon incident appeared to casual fans like myself. I have NEVER logged on to NASCAR.com until today - I just wanted to tell SOMEone how disappointed I am in NASCAR. Robby's career should have ended right there and then. His hot-headedness is useless on the track and on the road with regular commuters. It was bad sportsmanship at its ugliest. To let him race again astounds me ! If officials can't get racers to obey them, right or wrong, the sport has lost control and fans like me will lose interest.- Jim Hawk
