Because of the two red flags, the race ran so long that they had to change networks and I didn't get the last 45 laps or so on my DVR. I just found out who won. I'm tickled Jimmie could hang on and win. You can beleive the 48 hauler will have everything it takes to build a car plus the portable frame machine next week at Homestead. It broke my heart to see Jeff go up in smoke but that's racing.

When they switched channels I thought about all the pissed people out there that doesn't get ESPN2. They shouldn't have done that. After all, this is the second to the last race and my affiliate switched over to AFV's. I thought that was pretty shztty of them.

I'm like you... I was out so I had to put it on my DVR and I always make it an hour longer just in case of delays... I got home and started watching it and then all of a sudden I hear DJ say they are switching it to ESPN2.. I was totally PO'd... I can't believe they did that.. Have you ever seen them do that to a football game? HECK NO!!! ABS screwed up big time!!

ABC screwed up big time!! I'm sure they'll be hearing from a lot of people about it.

The rain delay and red flag and cautions pushed the race past the time limit.

It was lengthy, this race.

I think Johnson has the win again this year. Oh, well, somebody has to win, but I wish Tony had done better this year. If he doesn't move up in the standings next week, then he won't be at the banquet. Kenny Wallace already said Tony would not be going to the banquet or something to that effect. Hopefully, he can get back in the top ten next week.
I forget just where Jeff Gordon was in last week's standings, so I was surprised that he beat Tony in the standings. Maybe it's just me, but it doesn't seem right. After all, he didn't finish the race Sunday, but he is still ahead of Tony.
Can somebody enlighten me as to how this happened?
