I can see where he'd be compared to Jeff Gordon being he's taking his spot as the villain in Nascar. But like the article said Jeff Gordon had friends on and off the track. Busch has none not even his brother, lol. Pretty bad!

Jeff Gordon wasn't a villian he was just gay boy. Kyle Busch is a xxxxx and I was hoping teenager Steven Wallace was going to kick his xxxxx xxx the other night.

I don't think that's a fair comparison, Jeff Gordon never acted the way Kyle has. Jeff always respected the other drivers and the fans, even though they were booing him.

I'm not a huge Jeff fan, but come on, that's an insult to him.

Jeff didn't get booed as bad as Kyle does, did he? It seems like Jeff got booed for a different reason than Kyle. People who were Earnhardt Sr. fans didn't like the fact that some kid was coming in and stealing his thunder, and since Sr. was as popular as he was, they booed Jeff. I was one of them, but have grown to respect him as a driver and the way he handles himself. Now Kyle, it seems to me, gets booed because people just don't like him. I don't know, let me know if you think I'm wrong.

The only thing Jeff Gordon could do in 1993 was crashing out people like Geoff Bodine. He can't win races like Kyle Busch did in 2005.

Stats:
Jeff Gordon (1993)
Wins = 0
Top 5 = 7
Top 10 = 11

Kyle Busch (2005)
Wins = 2
Top 5 = 9
Top 10 = 13

I don't know, I don't recall Jeff being a villian. He was just Jrs main rival and now it seems Kyle is.

In my opinion the bad boys of Nascar are Tony and Kevin.

Jeff Gordon was everything personality-wise that Dale Sr wasn't. I respect Jeff Gordon and used to laugh when people said he was gay, then I read his story in Men's Vogue. Jeff was quoted saying how much he loved his Prada jeans. I will def stay with JR and his Wranglers. I just thought it was funny.

harrism...I totally get what you're saying. Kyle is just so darn unlikable. Even before he wrecked Dale Jr. But the way he's handling the situation is completely annoying...he's blaming everyone but himself. Not to mention that he mocked the fans during the intros on Sat. It's better to just not react, then to do what he did.

Jeff has always had class when it came to that. I agree with what you said, people booed because he won...not because he wasn't likable. He seems like a pretty good dude.

Busch may be following Gordon by winning, but that is about it. Jeff has never mouthed off about people the way Kyle has. People didn't like Jeff because he was different from Earnhardt, but they don't like Kyle because of his attitiude problem.

I don't see Kyle having many friends in the garage once his hot streak ends. Sadly, he doesn't seem to care...though I'm sure that'll change one day.

Yes Jeff got it just as bad and how funny Jeff got it because of SR and now Kyle is getting it because of baby boy Jr

Jr is a grown man, he can handle himself. In fact he carries himself a whole lot better than Kyle.

I am just saying Jrs way of handling it is not handling at all..just covering the tail and moving away from the problem. Which is ok, if we had a whole bunch of intimadator styles that would be boring..we need a whole mesh of people to make great racing different personalities

Yes we do. I think Jr handled it with maturity which is something Kyle could learn.
