He may not be the world's greatest driver but he's like Smoke and a lot of the other NASCAR family, he's got a big heart for other people and a willingness to do what he can.

Big deal it's not his his money, Jr makes about 40 million a year for doing nothing, he should give at least 10 million out of his own pocket.

I was waiting for some a##hole to come on here and have something negative to say about Jr.'s gift. The same is said about Tony when he gives his money away, that it's for publicity and a write-off. Some people are so damn unhappy with their lives that they always find a negative in the good those drivers do. Get a life, you idiot.

Whose money is he giving away if it isn't his, Dumbass? He shouldn't be expected to give away anymore than HE wants to. It doesn't matter whether he makes 40 million or 40 thousand, what's his is his.

So, now people are complaining because he didn't give enough money to help them???? Geesh, he could've been a Scrooge and horded it all but instead he made a very generous contribution and he's still getting crap about it. If you folsk think he should have donated more, why don't you send in some of YOUR rusty money??????

The Petty's are also loaded, if they think Victory Junction is such a worthy cause they should fund the place 100% and stop trying to squeeze money out of their fans.
