When will NASCAR learn to step things up when everybody and their brother knows that rain is coming?? Probably never, they are perfect in their eyes. It doesn't matter whether it's qualifying or a 500 mile Cup race, they always frig it up. The Nationwide quals today was a joke, to make everybody go run and then flush it all down the toilet due to rain is a joke.
