NASCAR implements test ban to cut costs
HOMESTEAD, Fla. - NASCAR has suspended testing for the Sprint Cup, Nationwide and Truck series teams for the 2009 season.

So what does everyone else think about this move?
I see the good and the bad. It is gonna make for an interesting 09!

I gues it will save some money and the drivers get more time off (like THAT'S really needed). I think it will hurt Tony Stewart...how is he going to know how the cars will perform until he gets to the track?? Not a good time to be an owner...
