I am headed to Loudon Saturday and will get to watch Kasey race live for the first time since 2005. Hopefully he runs well and has a solid finish like last week's Nationwide race.

Had a great time Saturday. Great race for Kasey. He had a decent car but struggled to get the track position until the end. My biggest complaint is that I still hate Aric Almirola. He wrecked Kasey at Loudon a few years ago. They were teammates in the Nationwide race Saturday and Aric would not give Kasey an inch even though Kasey clearly had the better car for most of the race.
Also cool to be there for Kyle Busch's 100th NASCAR win. The boo's he got in pre-race introductions could be heard for miles but the people who hate and boo him so much don't seem to realize he feeds off it and loves playing the villian. Just keep booing him, he'll just keep winning.
Good run for Kasey today too. I only caught the beginning and end of the race but Kasey seemed to be decent and 6th is pretty good. Looks like he will miss The Chase but no big deal since they have no shot at a championship in this equipment anyway. Still really looking forward to next year and some career stability for Kasey.

i was there all weekend, and listening to scanner all weekend, he was prety po-ed about the nationwide ride, he barely could keep the car in the top ten, he was driving his brains out... but towards the end it turned into a wreck fest with 20 to go, and he picked up like 7 or more spots and finished third. He even busted Tony Eury JR.s balls at the end too it was kinda funny. During the spring race his potty mouth started flying lol, kept sayin it was f-ing plowin towards the end, and he was loose-off the entire race, he was handling well, and could turn the corners very well, but the only place to pass here at loudon now with the new tire is gettin a run on someone comin off the corner, and everytime he put the power down he was flat sideways, and would have to wait a couple laps to get another chance to pass.
But if he never had contact with brian vickers he wouldve been battling for the lead, earlier in the race he was faster than newman and stewart, hell he passed jimmie johnson for the lead led 5 laps then got passed by a flying jeff gordon, honestly stewart and gordon had the fastest cars all day, but it was so hard to pass that track position was everything.. all in all a very good day.. and hey he is sitting in 14th now for points, only less than 50 out of top ten. a couple bad races for them and a couple good ones for kasey he might squeak in who knows? all ne needs is one win man one win lol. and that was not kaseys fault on that accident, vickers spotter did not tell him kasey was there.. bad spotter.. bad
