You have got to be kidding. U.S. Congresswoman Betty McCollum was absolutely correct. The DOD multi million dollar contract with NASCAR and Revolution Racing needs to be de-funded immediately. Lt Gen Benjamin Freakley, running around advertising for U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAWRECK) is/was not his only job! Under his Command, U.S. Army Accessions Command (USAAC) which is thankfully being put out of its misery next year, allowed hundreds of USAREC Army Federal civil servants to work off the clock and encouraged them to work off the clock through his subordinate Army Officer managers, in a sweat shop environment, to get his enlistment numbers! These Federal civil servants are not in the Army and do not receive those entitlements! They are entitled to overtime! TRADOC/USAAC/USAREC employees - see TRADOC Command Policy Letter #17, dated 28 Apr 2009. File for your back pay thorugh OPM, at or get a Federal employment attorney is DC. You are entiteld to your back pay with interest and liquidated damages (double pay). File now. You have two years to file and maximum three years! File your claims now!
