LOL! Unless they're changing the driver, DON'T BOTHER! It's not going to do any good. How many damn owners, crew chiefs and different equipment do people have to give Jr. before they realize that it's not the rest of the world IT'S JUNIOR! Become a respected owner and give someone else the seat, Jr. Stick a fork in him, he's done. And YES, he's a very nice, sweet guy. He's just not a racer.

Ugh! More excuses. Jr only drove to get his dad's approval and now that Sr's gone, he don't have anyone to motivate him to succeed.

The shakeup needed is to get rid of the driver. He is average at best and he knows it. He has said before he just likes to go to the track and hang out with his cousin. That's all he has know his whole life. Jr nation needs to go away.

Everybody is climbing a mountain in their life to reach the peak of their talent. Jr. peaked a while back and now he is coasting down the backside of his mountain. What he has to look forward to at the botton of his mountain is obscurity. Sorry to say, that time is approaching rapidly. Another couple of years and those big box sponsors will be looking for some younger, big name drivers that are actually accomplishing something. Jr. doesn't have the confidence that he can do it anymore so why should anyone else.
