He got booed a little at the Rumble in Ft. Wayne over the winter. He addressed it by saying it made him race better. LOL

I think more people were cheering for him than booing. I wish he could tune them out because they are such a minority and probably were team members of other racers.

From my experience, people tend to boo the best, not necessarily the bad. So he should really take it as a compliment.

I think TS handled that interview very well. And he understands that Americans will support there American brand. I hope he switches back to GM when his contract is up with Gibbs.

I seriously doubt that you will ever see Smoke behind of an American brand car in NASCAR, unless Gibbs Racing switches back to an American brand.

By the help and support that Toyota is given Gibbs Racing, I don't see that happening.

I am puzzled when people moan about Toyota. Lots of jobs are created with foreign-owned plants in America.

I wonder if the Toyota-haters think it is bad for GM to be a huge presence in Europe? Are we invading Europe with our dominance in foreign companies?

And if Henry Ford was alive, he'd be appalled by the way that the management of the company has turned its back on its own workers.
