How does he think his team mates feel when he 'takes ' them out? he has done them wrong?
that is the ugliest picture of him I have ever seen. all gums. can almost see his tonsils.ha ha
they are all laughing at him. he looked liked he was going to cry then big ole daddy came up and said .go get him. he needed daddy there. I heard, thru the grapevine that Tom L is a really bad abuser at home with everyone.. he is KING.

Little league dads in Nascar...that's pathetic - plus, it's anti-image building. France, have a 'parents' meeting!

I was glad to see Joey stand up for himself. It is too bad that everyone is focusing on his Dad's part in the incident because it looked like Joey was going to confront Happy anyway.

Logano was on his way out there. Maybe they missed the replay.

First, Joey was the one that changed his line and came down. Kevin just stayed in it and Joey took himself out. Secondly, Joe just made an ass of himself by jumping out and running over to Harvicks car. You get the other drivers attention a lot more if just play it off when you get spun and then spin him the first chance you get in the next race. If Logano spins Harvick this weekend and he loses the points lead, he'll understand better.

Kevin let Joe L go the first time because he was- get this- he was faster then the next turn he decided not to let him go. Common courtesy says let the faster car go. Kevin deserves to get dumped by the kid and he will then Delana can solve that problem too.

The one iffy thing about the incident is that Turn 3 at Pocono isn't a turn where you naturally close down to the apex. With 2 cars side by side, and a patch of good traction in the middle, there's not really a standard procedure for where you give the guy room, BUT!!! The standard procedure for racing side by side is NEVER to drive the guy on the outside clear up to the highest lane which is what Harvick was doing.

Harvick did DIRTY by lifting early to give Joey that false sense of security that he'd have a head start and the center lane through that turn. Period. And getting out of the car was the PERFECT thing to do because even if it looks like a mistake to you, it would be a mistake he can learn from. As far as spinning Harvick for a huge points loss later - that option is still there. However, I'd say wait until after the chase starts for that. Revenge served REAL cold, then.

Logano wants to win a few races and prove that he deserves to be here before he starts dumping veterans or the point leader for that matter.

Oh yeah, as for Joey's dad: The 20 car was driven to that specific spot for a reason. The other crewman was going to stop him, the dad just insisted on letting his son do what he was going to do in the first place.

I think Harvick has an ego thing and he can't get over the fact Joey's keeping up with him. Veteran racers have a hard time accepting it - that's just fact. They think they can teach them that they've been around long enough to learn how to make life hard on the new guy, and that's what Harvick's doing.

However, that's never to say the veteran isn't vulnerable, but each driver has to consider whether to put priority in altercations or focus on race finishes. Harvick apparently is THAT STUPID that he'll continue playing these petty games when he's in the best position to chase his first championship.

Ummmm, not sure what Nascar series you are watching but I wouldn't call 17th in points "keeping up" with the points leader.....just saying.

I missed the part where I suggested he was keeping up in points.
Wait..

Um... Harvick is leading in points, Joey's not even top 12. WTF would make you think I was implying that Joey was keeping up in points?

On another note: here's Kyle explaining a similar opinion to my own: http://www.nascar.com/video/cup/2010/preview/...
