Shouldn't the Car of Tomorrow be called the Car of Toyota?

With the introduction of the Car of Tomorrow, all Cup teams will be starting from scratch....
Doesn't this put Toyota in the driver's seat, as they already have huge infrastructure in place to cover this development process?
Doesn't this make all the hard earned data that the other teams have collected USELESS?
The Car of Toyota is nothing but UGLY!!!!
