Well Well Well, Don't go betting the farm on DJ yet. Let's put this test session in perspective, Jeff Green turned the fastest lap. What does that say? Let's see where DJ qualifies for Daytona and how he runs in his 125. Even that isn't much of an indicator but its better than one test.

Also need to consider that Daytona is more of a "handling" track than Talladega and 2-lap Bonzai times are misleading. Teams will be looking to get the car setup for the draft and long runs (now there is an oxymoron with the smaller fuel cells). A few years back, when Dodge was in their 1st or 2nd year, several Dodge' looked very fast in single car speeds, but couldn't hang with the Bowties or Blue Ovals in the draft. The good news is Dale Jarrett is an experienced veteran with past wins at Daytona, but doing this in a Toyota in their first race ever could be a tall order, or at least one with alot of questions yet to be answered.

I think everybody knows that not one piece of that car is made by Toyota. Same as it is now with any of the auto makers. Toyota offered up more money than Ford for that spot on his bonnet. But, I'll be damned if I support any car or driver who has sold his soul to the japs. NASCAR has lost touch with its roots and this is the final straw. How many moonshine runs were done in a 4 banging rice burner? None!! NASCAR can get stuffed, and so can DJ.

Toyotas suck. Little Mikey does too. I feel sorry for DJ, but then he chose his own slow road.........
