I feel the governing body of NASCAR should pull HAAS LICENSE BAND THE TWO CARS FROM RACING. defrauding the Government is a real crime and they should be punished to the max.

I don't know to many people that are paying 10 million for bail without some facts....If this was the way it works they could come after you ....

Dbanister, I agree with you. Anybody who thinks the government is always right better think twice. Like you said he hasn't even had a trial and people already want to kick him to the curb. I know one thing, there are alot of innocent people in jail. you hear about it all the time. Alot of underpaid prosecuters will stop at nothing to get a conviction to make a name for themselves. Just look at the Duke Lacrosse team case, they dropped the rape charges but are too dam stubborn to drop the rest of the charges. You watch, after spending a truckload of money on the case the players will win. I doubt it even goes to trial. The alleged victim has changed her story more than her underware and the prosecuters know this and still wont budge. oh yeah, look at the Martha Stewart case. They arrested her for something that goes on everyday in this country, if it were anybody else it would have been no big deal. So, dont be too quick to pass judgement on someone when the governmant is involved.

a persons personal business is his own, nascar does not have the right to tell anyone what to do off the track...everybody somehow takes a little off the top, it is just that Haas took a lot more than others and got caught.
