Hehas not been found guilty yet, so lets wait and see if he is. If he is,it may mean jail time and that would defenitly mean no race car. If he is not guilty, he will most likely be broke by then.
Maybe other investors in the cars will take over. Don't know if he is sole owner or not. It will ceritainly be interesting to see what happens. I have to say he knew better, unless his bookkeeper did something wrong. Lots of unanswered questions.
