Seems like a likely story to me. Jeff made it plain what he thought about it in the after race interview. Me thinks he is getting too big for his britches.

Johnson took the blame!?... That's a first!

I'm curious as to know why no one is bashing Mike Bliss. He's the one who took out Jeff Burton in the wreck that took out Jeff Gordon.

johnson caused it. he was friggin all over the place, couldn't control his car and got in the way of cars being driven by drivers that actually realize that there are other cars on the track. bliss made the contact, johnson's crapp driving caused it.

Its no secret that plate races are his weakness, so don't go acting like you expect him to be excellent everywhere he goes. Maybe he DOESN'T have good control, but you don't seem to have control of your emotions so I guess that makes you even, huh?

Hater comments just get dismissed as BS since they're posted by somebody who can't control their emotions. Biased crap with zero logic.

Basically, yes it was Johnson's mistake that triggers a chain reaction, but it was NOT Johnson who directed the other driver's reaction. Mike Bliss hit a car off center, and that was NOT Johnson's fault. You can try all year round to dictate the science of cause and effect, but nobody in their right mind would blame Johnson for Bliss hitting somebody off center. The only thing you CAN place blame for is Gordon getting shuffled back, and that IS a direct result of Johnson jumping in front of him.

so i state what you call fact, then you say it is illogical. how nonsensical can you be?

off that subject and on to the other that you so oddly intertwined with a discussion on fact and logic... not that ALL women have odd emotional gauges, and maybe you are guy i don't know, but how does emotion come into my bland comment on johnson's obviously challenges with driving at talladega? i think you are all worked up, as most sensitive jimmie/chad fans tend to be, and read emotion into everything.

do you ever notice that any fan of 48 or 14 on this board immediately calls even the most tame detractor a 'hater'? it's an unfortunate psychological condition you all reveal in doing that. you seem to have an unhealthy reliance on your fantaszied relationships with jimmie and chad. it's ok for people not to like them, or you, you know.

Bliss didn't hit someone off-center... well he did, but it was more specifically that bliss had nowhere to go except into the off-center point of the car that tuened up in front of him because of the mess johnson caused. once johnson flubbed there was only wrecking left to do. your explanation is like telling me that, when a dog runs into the road (johnson) right in front of me causing me to swerve and force someone else to turn and hit the guard rail, it is my fault not the dog's. are you with the LOGIC here?

now please re-read my post and don't plug YOUR emotional state into it. i type this while taking a break from coding boring stuff at work so i can relax my mind. i am laughing and joking with colleagues between sentences. i really could not care less about jimmie, especially at talladega, which i consider to be a race track that should be blown up and rebuilt hopefully to enable actual racing there someday.
