lol... this is hilarious, i can't believe they're comparing Jr to Gordon. i think someone needs to tell that Mark Spoor guy that Jr must finish in the top 10 first before he can start winning races

If there is anyone in Cup racing that should have the motivation to do anything and everything that it takes to win a race, you'd think it would be Jr. Personnally, I'm not seeing that kind of effort coming out of him. His performance this year has been erractic at best. Two lucky finishes have him in the top 12 but how long is that going to last if he doesn't pickup the tempo. Jeff's season started with an unfortunate 26 place finish at Daytona but he has steadily marched through the standings to his current fifth place. I'll take my chances with Jeff being the first of the two to win. Even with 4 championships under his belt, I'm seeing more determined effort out of Jeff than I am in Jr. When I drive my personal car the way Jr. has been driving his Cup car of late, I usually have my cruise control on.

Junior's had plenty of spunk and fire this year, I'm sorry other people can't see it, but whatever. Since he's my driver, I'll take him to win before Jeff.

Funny that you should mention The Junior having plenty of spunk. Some of us were discussing The Junior's sexual preferences.

Junior is probably the worse driver in Nascar right now, he drives for the best team in Nascar and can't even finish well?
Put some other driver in his car and they will show him how to drive ;)

Jr wont win another race in cup. Just does not have the talent to win unless he lucks out at a plate track or something like that. I really hope he drops down to NW or even to a late model at a local track so we can see him win again.

BTW jr is 33 place wheeling a minus 4.9 avg start to avg finish. Greg Biffle is first at a plus ten. Just goes to show that jr is right on track as last year when he was a modest 100 plus in the hole and when it came to the last ten percent of the race, nobody but nobody came close to last place jr. in finishing a race, these are facts, look 'em up!!

Clint Bowyer is even a better bet that jr for Sunday at a 20:1

He is far from being the worst driver in NASCAR. However, on your other post, this I can agree on, he does need to shave, lol.

There's no one in Jr. nation that wants Jr. to get his act together and put 88 in winners circle more than I do. As much as I want him to win, I'm just as much a realist. Statistics are the only real things you can use to make knowledgeable opinions on and right now, the statistics aren't favorable for Jr. He has every advantage money can buy but he's really no closer to winning than he's been since he came to HMS. It's up to him and how bad he wants it.

Face the facts he is what he is. A name nascar has to have out there sad nascar is a closed loop and only allow who they what to race in there sport.
