How do you call the last season disappointing for Joonyer, for those of us who watched him race from day one it is more expected than disappointing. If you look at Joonyer's career, with the exception of a four year span on restrictor plate tracks where even other drivers laughed at the wink and nod way NASCAR handled his inspections, Joonyer (at best) is a mid level driver and is where he is because of heritage and not talent. I ask only one question, if his name was Dale Jones and had had the lack of results in the last five years, do you think he would be sitting in one of the four best rides in NASCAR?

The only aid johnson is going to need is first aid when he smacks his car into the wall every other race this up coming year every time he chokes.

Oh. So, shades of last year, when the 5 team went to hell in a hand-basket for want of the resources that were being prioritized to Jr's pathetic effort?

All three teams for the Hendricks Motorsports is a guinea pig for the Jimmy Johnson, this is how Johnson has won these championships so you should be thanking the number 24,5, and 88 for their help.

I'm no Jimmie Johnson fan, but he is one hell of a driver and I know that his success is largely due to the excellent relationship he has with what is probably the most analytical and cool-headed crew chief in NASCAR. Take away the 5, 24, and 88, and the 48 would still be a dominant force.

The 48 race team has resourses alot of teams don't have, how many teams can get a new pit crew any time they feel the need to change. They took from the 24 team to give to the 48 team, this happens all year long on many aspects of racing that we just don't see.

The 24 could have borrowed the 48's pit crew if their situations were reversed. MM or Jr would get the same treatment under similar circumstances - do you really think any of the other drivers would stay at HMS if the scales were so unfairly tipped in JJ's favor?
