Smoke bought into a team that already existed. It's not like he "did" something he brought money. That's it. Reutimann is the surprise and there's more to come.

I just think Reutimman has been lucky and found himself in the right place at the right time when some really good drivers have had problems not of their doing. I don't see him staying in the top 12.

Tony also brought them big sponsors in a time when many are dropping out due to the economy. His name has also brought in some big hirings. Darian and Hutchens didn't come for the Haas half of Stewart-Haas Racing.

If money buys everything then why didn't money buy Haas-CNC Racing success? Haas did not lack money but they did lack a consistent driver and big money sponsor.

You're right. Money can't buy talent. That's what they lacked was talent in the driver seat.

Look up next to the right of the article ,
it says
Related Topix

Sports - Tony Stewart, Racing, David Reutimann, Kevin Harvick, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Richard Childress Racing, NASCAR, Billy Ballew, Stewart-Haas Racing (Haas CNC Racing), Jeff Burton, Rick Hendrick, Denny Hamlin, Nascar Drivers, Stephen Germain, Jimmie Johnson

Anytime you see that it means it is showing in all those boards.
