She perhaps simply knows what shes talking about. Let it go, I have always been a Jr fan like millions of others, its so obvious he will never be a contender to win the Sprint Cup, once he was a driver who could win, those days have come and gone for Dale Earnhardt Jr.
A man who in my take is a winner in life, I do and always have liked him.
Now I understand why I come to these rooms, today I have learned a new definition.

A winner in life----One who makes a career out of being born with a winners name. One who does little, if anything on his own, and is guided every day in helping the world relive and remember his daddy.

He has to drive a Wrangler Car, is comfortable in his daddy's wrangler jeans, has kept the insurance company that daddy got for him and does not even have a personal idenity, instead is comfortable living the life of Joonyer.

One would have to wonder that if he were born Dale Anderson, would he be standing on a corner with a cardboard sign stating.

Out of work race driver, homeless and hungry, anything will help
God bless.

JJ could learn a lot from jr, but at the moment, I can't imagine what that might be. Anyway, Happy Birthday to the family man Jimmie Johnson and I hope you win one for the thumb!! Regarding jr becoming the target of "Punch Lines", I think he has stood in the spiked punch line too long, time to grow up and start being a man instead of a spoil lit'l boy/girl.

Oh yeah, those four time champs, Jeff and Jimmie, they need the help of some loser like Junior to set up their cars. Junior, who can't tell his own team what his car needs to dial it in, has valuable information to help Jeff and Jimmie prepare their cars for the Chase.

Do you read and comprehend? Jr, HIMSELF, said he will be trying set ups and doing other things with the car to assist his team mates. This is not something I made up. Everyone knows who follows the sport, and has maybe an IQ over 40, that guys not in the Chase do testing set ups during the race and try a lot of different things that they don't normally do in races before the Chase, not only for team members in the Chase, but to get ready for next season. And this is not to make excuses for Jr. Hell, I could not care less if he wins or not, being a Kenseth fan. But if you listen to Jr's interviews and read all the articles on Jayski, you will find out for yourself that Jr and Mark Martin will be trying different things in order to give what might be helpful information to their Chase team mates.

When you're messing around with the car and trying lots of different things, chances are you're not going to win, plain and simple.

Wow I am so glad you are a psychic....... NOT.
This has nothing to do with being psychic. It has everything to do with reality. Do you read the articles on Nascar.com or Jayski? Do you listen to Jr when he gives interviews? Jr said he's going to be doing a lot of different thing with his car, and maybe he can help his team mates. Plus, do you not listen to every other driver out there who's not in the Chase? Nearly every one of them say they're going to be trying a lot of things in order to get prepped for NEXT season. This happens all the time for teams not in the Chase. First, the last thing any of these guys want to do is screw up, crash into a Chaser, and ruin that guy's chances. That's an unwritten rule for all of them. Just read what a lot of the drivers say---they don't want to make mistakes and cause a Chaser to crash. So, now for them, trying different set ups and things under the hood of the car is what they're going to be doing for the next 10 weeks. Not BS, reality.

Evidently what jr was trying at Richmond was not the right setup...or am I missing something. Try this scenario, put yourself in JJ position, you have won FOUR STRAIGHT CUPS, are you going to listen to what jr has to offer??? Mark Martin's opinion, YES, but jr??? Yeah, JJ is really going to take jr's advice seriously...IMHO Jimmie would be better advised to listen to Tim Allen on any modifications to the car than to listen to jr.

Yep! And if Junior says it, it must be gospel. I hardly think Junior has any worthwhile input that would be helpful to Jeff and Jimmie. It's just Junior trying to make his fans believe that he's good for something, like advising the champs on how to win. What a joke.

OMG! That one is the best yet. He's my hero! I bet Hallmark will come out with a card to celebrate Jr and his huge, giving heart. Imagine, sacrificing his opportunity to get into the chase, to be competitive, to race like the big boys, just so he can help the two champions in the stable. What a selfless act. Let's all take a moment and reflect on the Great, Kind, Giving Jr.
