anal-nastro, come on then, let's talk facts and figures. Which season would you like to start, I have been watching f1 around 1972, the year Emerson Fittipaldi was crowned champion (the youngest at that time at 25) and the Lotus cars ran for the first time in black and gold sponsored by John Player Special cigarettes, the car became known as the JPS. Drivers that year included the greats like Stewart, Ickx, Regazonni, Hulme, Lauda, Scheckter. So come on sunshine pick a year. I've been around, I've watched F1 races on 3 continents trackside, and unlike the pissy fans these days who think it's all boring because suddenly Brawn is winning and not Alonso or Hamilton, I sat and watched through the dark years of the 80's when Ferrari, my dream team, were pure crap, I saw so many of the greats killed, I saw some of the most horrific accidents and I saw some of the greatest champions, and the worst losers, the best racing and some of the best overtaking moves ever. I've seen rule changes too many to mention, and cars evolve from tubes with thin bike type wheels to the magnificent aerodynamic wonders we see today, from rear wings towering high above the engine, and some crazy front wings to match. I saw probably the most pefect F1 car ever built, the F2002 Ferrari which destroyed the rest out there with absolute domination. Teams that came and went, and then came back and went again, new teams, old teams, and I've been fortunate to meet a couple of F1 champs. I don't know everything Nasty Anal, I have never professed that anyway, but I think you're farting against thunder.
So come on I'm waiting .....let's have some fun.
books are great sh*tneck keep it up!

yip sadly poor poor Alley Oop is still showing his ignorance. Where you ill Miss C, or just lying low????? Hey enjoy the race, my plan is to get down to Sao Paolo next year or latest 2011, that would notch me up 4 continents of F1 races seen in the flesh. I am planning to do Spa in 2012 as my daughter graduates from High School and as a graduation present the missus and I are taking her to Italy, Greece and France (I'll bead to Belgium for the race while they explore France, that way I don't have to be subjected to those smelly frogs) and then of course hit maybe China one time and Aus last, completing all 6 continents. And hopefully one day when I'm all grown up I will take in Monaco and of course Monza, as a ferrari fanatic I just have to do Monza

I was pissed to see SA local govt withdrew their support to get a F1 race at Kyalami ... what's up with that???? the dumbasses .....

Why, he would probably have the championship sowed up already.

Hey Whoya, actually I love the brits, my brother has taken citizenship there, so big connections there .... I love it here, great country, great folks ... wonderful places, it's truly the land of the free and the home of the brave. Sure there are problems, like the small hiccup in the political system right about now but it will all work out. Americans are very determined folks and they love their country, so things will work out. Hey over the past 2 yrs I've spent nearly $30,000 getting my green card so I can be a permanent dweller here, then 5 yrs and I can swear my allegiance and become a citizen, even though we are proud or the red white and blue already and consider the USA home.

Not yet sure I want to spend the rest of my life in Georgia, missus and I love the cold weather and GA summers are brutal, but the young one is in a great high school, so we will be here at least till her college career is over ... she wants to be a doctor and Emory Uni is in Atlanta, rumoured to be one of the best medical colleges in the States ....

oh by the way I love to play that angle because there is so much hatred for Americans out there by idiots like "bud" it kind of thows them off when they assume just because my ISP address says USA, that I have to me American. In those instances it gives me great joy to use my South African background to confuse the poor bastards, and it works pretty well ... call me sadistic, what the hell, like the Brits are the perfect nation hey????

this is a comment not dealing with racing about the war.world war 2 was won becuase of the joint efforts of canada, united states russia, britain, china, the undergound efforts by france, italy, forces from countries that got invaded earlier on france poland etc and other european countries.lets not forgetif britain would have been invaded there would have been no staging area for d-day.if hitler hadnt of invaded russia we would not be here right now complaing on the forums.by the way that great american war plane the p 51 mustang was able to do what it did with ...british rolls royce engines so before yu go slagging the brits do yur research, from a proud brit living in canada!

redneck bob..... that name says it all! A little inbreeding going on in your "neck of the woods" bob? Your papa caught up with your sister and now you have a mommy-sister?

Ferrari fan! Says it all. Lots of fair weather out there, ain't there bob? Yeah, the F2002, along with the most boring racing ever in F1, something you failed to mention in your little speech!

Yeah, I too am long in the tooth and remember the glory days of Fittipaldi and the '70s. But typically American, you seem to think that you all are the beginning and the end of all sacred, including Formula 1! Hell, can't find enough of you to back F1 in the first place, let along hold a race in America!

And while I am at it, NEVER talk for us CANADIANS! We don't need your trailer trash BS backing us up and how we feel! You a-holes like to take credit for "winning" the war, but you seem to forget that pre '41, you all were making a profit off it. We Canucks were in it from the git go in '39 and took a stand right in the beginning!

So back the truck up hillbilly mofo!

Aww, go figure....Transplanted South African who now thinks he is American! Really that ready to give up your heritage and nationality to drop it all and become an American! Figures!

BTW, what were you all doing during WWII? Not much mention on the History Channel about you all!

And before you go get all wound up about Canadians and Brits, stop to think that I may be a French-Canadian! Know who you are talking to before you remove one foot to replace with the other from your mouth!

LOL good one RB. Couldn't agree more. I never could stand JV, and every time he lost to MS he cried foul. He just didn't get it that he is not a team player, and a sucky driver. Heck DC was a better driver than JV, I'd much rather see a return of DC over JV any day.
Yeah right and I suppose you can drive at the rate those cars go! NOT. You're just an ass that is giving out gas

you may be a frenchie canadian??... well well that kind of all makes sense now, no wonder you're such a retard .. hey numbnuts I think I prefer you to be the camel jockey from Qatar .... now let's talk about this foot in the mouth thing, you seem to not only be stupid , but also pretty short on the memory stuff. You were very quick to slate me as a redneck, go for the in-breeding thing, until you had to haul both your feet out your mouth when you ralised I'm a South African ... brilliant for sure dumbass ... good move there ...

Now you reckon you're not too sure where we South Africans were in WWII, because we didn't feature on the History Channel. Wow didn't know they had TV where you come from, when I last hear you lot were still delivering the Mail and news with carrier pigeons or on mules ...

So let's do a quick history lesson. Ever heard of the Battle of El Alamein and Tobruk. Yes yes the missing South African forces in the second world were hiding in North Africa, kicking ass big time, in fact we were pretty front and center in the final defeat of the big man himself ... Benito Mussolini. Oh dear bummer, we were fighting, you Canadians were doing what again .... invading .... new Foundland ... wow talk about being on the front lines of the battle field ... ha ha now now before you go peeing blood again, I know the Canadians were fighting just as hard as us South Africans were, but it's the frenchie Canadians I'm worried about .. I hear you lot built an incredible tank, it had 9 reverse gear and 1 forward gear .. the forward gear was just in case you lot were attacked from behind ..... Oh yes and just for the record we also fought the Japanese, and had many volunteers fly for the RAF. You seem to forget that we were also part of the British Empire. But you know we also fought in the great war and The Korean War ... amazing hey. You know numbnuts my grandfathers fought in WWII, I had uncles and great uncles who fought too, so shove that up you ignorant in-informed ass, you moron.

Speaking of war, have you ever fought in a war dumbass? Ever heard of the Angola War or the border war. Look it up, that was the war where the western nations secretly funded SA in the war against the Russians and the Cubans in Angola, while they publicly screamed their distain for our policies. We kicked the commie bastards's asses big time, no thanks to the likes of you and your breed of people. Hey big time, ever had to walk a path with landmines in it, or been shot at by AK 47's, hey have you ever handled a rifle, have you been shot at, ever seen you buddies blown up and shot to pieces in an ambush? You piece of shite, shove it. Hey ever heard of the Recces. Look it up Sheikh. I know you won't find any of this on your TV, or your history channel, so here's a quick peek for you ...
