When Stewart/Haas Racing began I'm sure they went thru some growing pains as a business. The dead weight may have been some behind the scenes staff needed to get the race teams moving in the right direction. The on track results show progressive improvement and it may have been time to trim some fat. Always the professional, Tony deserves respect even if you don't like the guy and I have always liked Ryan Newman. But this year's champ is the #24, not Tony or Ryan.
