Ken Schrader is a great driver and this should clarify where the problem is with the 96 and its performance this year. My guess is your going to see another 30+ plus finish with Schrader as the problem is you can not perform with a car that is inferior in performance.
JJ looked great in the 20 car.....give him a team/car that can perform and sit back and enjoy!

Don't get me wrong as I like JJ but he sure didn't do much with the 18. Look at it this year compared to last year.

Thanks for your thoughts on the 18, but that was not with the Toyota... Toyota did bring something to the table. JJ Chevy was never as fast as Bush's Toyota.... I guess we will never kknow for sure LOL....sure hope JJ gets a ride with Stewart!!

I still think they messed up letting Tony Raines go. He kept them in the top 35 as far as points every race last year. I think the final straw was when they replaced him with a "road course ringer", for a race, and the ringer got a top 5 out of it. I hope Tony Raines gets another ride soon.

I wondered if someone else felt as I did about that decision. I LOVE Kenny - he's a great fella and is still fun to watch. He will drive anything too:-) Kenny is one of my top 10 picks for tonight:-)

Its so silly its laughable!!!! Its the usual Friday night mess - I have come to expect it. And yes - I am doing fine;
thank you for asking:-)

I hope Kenny does well; look at Morgan Shepherd - 67 years of age and he still races. You see Stanton Barretts Father races some too? He's 56 - or is it 65?!

You have a good day, Mr Z:-)

I do not know how old Stanton Barrett's father is. I would like to see Morgan Shepard finish more races. I do not understand the "start and park" thing. It does not seem fair for the rest of the field. I guess if the "start and park" teams do not cause a crash or interfere with people who are there to compete, nobody would have a problem with it. I still do not like it.
Have a good day.

I have an idea, Zach; maybe they can only afford so much fuel. Their car gets out there for a few laps for people to see the ads, but they can only afford a few tanks of gasoline.

LOL - that sounds pretty silly, huh?

Silly, I don't think so. I think the fuel is free but they have to buy the tires. I know that Dale Jarrett (sp?) paid for Morgan's tires a time or two. Are you watching the Outlaws race? 4 to go!!

He did good in a crap heap that is. From the get go he was falling like a ton of bricks. They had a poor pit stop, but he had already fallen so far back in that junk, it was hard to make up. What really helped were all those crashes. He might have been in 30th place or further back if it hadn't been for that.
