Fire damages NASCAR driver's home

Lightning appears to have sparked a fire that caused $20,000 in damage to the Lake Norman home of NASCAR driver Greg Biffle this morning, Mooresville fire officials said.

How did Greg have fire damage.????. The article said the house did not catch on fire. Someone must be confused.....

It says Fire damages Nascar Drivers home. I read the article and it says no fire.

The home sustained heavy cosmetic damage to its front exterior, and firefighters said they found no additional damage when they searched the home.

Read it again. This was in the article.

I did read it and it said no fire. Yet the heading says fire damages the home. They should drop the line which says no fire...Did you read that line???

When they got there there was no fire that doesn't mean a fire didn't put itself out. When lighting strikes I ASSume you get some fire for at least a second.

Now they are saying no lighting strike it was a gas leak and that came from Greg
himself......

No big deal, just some melting of the vinyl siding. Greg is lucky the lightning bolt didn't split the doublewide right down the middle.
