in my personal opinion espn and its associates along with the commentators need to take a lesson or two from speed and its commentators. ESPN leaves alot to be desired

I really don't care which channel carries the race, however they need to find some new people to do the races as announcers. Maybe bring some of the radio people over to TV to do the races and for sure get ride of MW,DW Rusty and Dale. They are awful. I turn off the sound and listen to the race on radio.

This ain't burger king, it's not going to be served to you how you want it. Gotta love fans who feel obligated to complain as if anyone's obligated to hear that BS. lol

Im sorry, who was exactly upset that they couldnt watch PRACTICE?? C'mon. Ratings are in the crapper for the race as it is... is the network really going to waste airtime on practice? NA$CAR "fans" should be happy they are still showing the entire race flag to flag. Sooner or later ratings will be so low they will only chime in for the last 30 laps or so, Maybe move to a 30min recap of the race sometime during the week.

Infortunately, this is exactly what is going on. The product sucks and the ratings couldn't be worse, especially when you have the two Waltrip huksters ruining anything that may be entertaining.

Listen, sweetie. The last of my worries is how >YOU< respond. Frankly, your posts lack any intellect or opinion of your own. Any attempt at an original thought is usually clouded by bias. If you dont like what I have to say, dont read it. It's that simple. Trust me, after this last post below, you are very obviously a delusional person, and IT will be the last one written by you that I waste time reading. Have a good one. alpinedigital wrote: <quoted text> wow, that was impressively stupid. sometimes I wonder if u just dream up ignorant shit to say just to see how I respond.

"The last of my worries is how >YOU< respond." Typical logic fail. I never said you were worried but you never leave without making sure you reply, so obviously concerned. "your posts lack any intellect or opinion" "usually clouded by bias" Bonus fail. If I have no opinion, my posts wouldn't clouded by bias. "dont like what I have to say, dont read it" So if I read it, and find out I dont like it, then... don't read it again? LOL dumbass. menards, as a toy, you have been 'most good'. mmm-hmm,'most good'. Have a good one, you say? Thanks to you, I've had a fun start. play again?

If thats the case, then maybe the feud should be NASCAR fans vs. the NFL draft. That's the reason the Nationwide race was moved to SPEED.

As I see it, NASCAR was more suited for a dedicated racing channel like Speed, whereas NFL draft didnt have the option of being shown there. Makes perfect sense that a random sports event that has to do with NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB would get priority on a normal sports station like ESPN before autoracing.

NA$CAR is a joke. If it wasn't for the fact that the idiot networks paid so much a few years back to show these Borefests, they wouldn't even bother showing them anymore and A$$CAR would be on Versus with bull riding.

The cars go around in circles. Just like when the ratings were good. How can ratings go up or down?
1. It's the same thing every week. Cars. Circles.
2. It's the same people watching it now as watched it all their lives. Blame your own Nascar fan buddies for turning it off.
3. Besides, it may be good. People not watching may be playing chess. Or being nice to their wives. Or even taking a shower!
See? Ratings are misleading!

Sorry NASCRAP fans, ESPN can't show your "sport" on TV 24/7. Call your cable, satellite provider and NASCRAP and tell them you want your own channel. Problem solved!

I still find it hard to believe that ESPN still covers the NFL draft when it's also on NFL network...Then again it may be because not all cable packages have NFL network. Our raiders had a decent one, but I think they could've done better in some areas.

What was that movie they asked 'Why is there an injury report for every major sports league...' or something like that, and the answer was because of gambling, and the point being, lots of money means priority on catering to those who gamble. -I- didnt write it, but I did take note of it.
