I don't care how it happened. He should have stayed in a ford all along. This is the same manfacture(sp) that he got in the chase with.
Congrats to the 19 team! I'm sure there will be people come on here and try to bring this down to pieces. He did an awesome job, led laps, and drove his butt off. This is the reason I started following him because of his drive. Lets see if he will keep it and give everyone something to talk about next year. |

If only every race could be a plate track, how differently would be the careers of SADler, Waltrip and even Junior!
SADler does/did well at plate tracks no matter what the manufacturer. But you are right, we can only ask 'what if' had he stayed where he belong in 2006 instead of bolting out of a contract. |

Wow, you really just can't help yourself can you. Although you are slacking. You didn't say oh he only got a top ten cause of the wreck, oh he whinned and cried all day, oh he got up front because they had to make the merger look good you are slacking.
For once can't you just let people come on here and be glad that their driver had a good finish? You have several other threads that you have bogged down with your negativity. The contract story is old an worn and beaten to death, get a new line and your use of capital letters in the middle of words as well. What is SAD is that you have no life of your own apparently and get your jollies beating down on a driver and his fans. I for one am glad to see the good run in a Ford and hope that all of his fans no matter how many there are (before you beat that dead horse again)enjoyed seeing their driver up front today. |

I agree with give it a rest! It was great seeing Elliott run up front again. Two wrecks and one he got caught up in and still pulled off a top 10. Way to go Elliott and congrats!!!

wow! who do you cheer for?
congrats to elliott and his top ten finish today! |

Nice run by the 19 and I was hoping the 48 would have some trouble so these last 3 races would be worth watching.

Ryan Newman is right, this was racing today and its just better to be lucky than good. The luck today was with the 19, cause had he not got caught up in the 2nd to last wreck, he would not have pitted and not got fuel. Just how many cars did he pass after the red flag while under caution, maybe 15 or 20? This is why Ryan is right, but it was about time the ball bounced in Sadler's favor.

The driver I cheered for died many years ago, so its a non issue. I cheer for racing......get it?

I was a bit peeved when Elliott hung Kasey out once or twice, but at this point of the season its every man for themselves. Good run for the two RPM cars.

Manners, class, something you obviously lack.

The 'its' you mention have nothing to do with his racing or finish. It was a simple question.

Never said you didn't like him, I just wondered what this 'it' stuff was that was so special this weekend compared to other weekends.
You seem to like slinging mud, expect some back. |

No I really dont, In my first post I said good job elliott I knew he could do it, I said nothing negative, Your comment about exactly "what does elliott have in him" was very loaded, and you wanted a reaction, I should have ignored you. What was so special to me is that he led 10 laps or so and had a top 10 finish, to me that is great and all I said was wow great job elliott. Thats exactly it I dont sling mud, I dont down people for who they like, you obviously have some problems.
