Did anybody notice before the all-star first (bum race) they interviewed elliott, and he held his hands together like to mimic praying. I thought it was quite funny the only chance the poor driver has to get in the 2nd race, is for his good fans to vote him in. way too funny

You may think it is the biggest joke but the whole Petty-Gillete organization is bigger. Look at Kasey-even he said his car was 'horrible' last week. Does that not tell you something? The people in that shop are not the best, Loomis needs to go and Richard Petty should be embarassed with this bunch of clowns. Elliott isn't the only problem!

the 9 and 43 cars have been competative throughout most the season. at least those two can fall back on the bad luck excuse. everything associated with 19 has been change since sadler has been driving it. richard, for the love of god, change the driver now!

Have you thought that maybe the sponsors like him? I believe Stanley does and the others also. If not they would have flown the coop long ago. At least he finishes- not as high as everyone would like. A repacement now would be futile-they don't have a ride and are just picking up a ride now and then. I feel sure that this is Elliott's last year racing. The want to win just isn't there. However, maybe you are right-we shall see.

Sponsors like him? maybe so, but over the past 5 or so years, they are not sticking with him. Even his bed mate, BestBuy bailed for Walldinger this past season. They trend for a sponsorship bail, goes all the way back to CITGO. The going rate is about 2 seasons, and its goodbuy Mr Sadler!
