Elliott showed his love for racing in this article. I wish him the best where ever it might be. The one thing I wondered about was where is Stanley going and how about Parrott? Guess we will just wait and see. Sorry to hear about Jack's injuries. Hope he doesn't fly again-be a passenger instead.

You steve are nuts. Yes he poked his eye out to make the lie more real. Some of you are absolutely rediculous. The man has more courage and determination than you could ever dream of having.

Exactly! I saw him briefly on pit road on Friday and just about everyone he passed had some positive greeting for him (fans and crew alike.) Never saw him on Saturday and spent a lot of time around the garage and pits, so assumed he wasn't there. Saw him several times on Sunday in the garage and walking down pit road (not riding, but walking.) He looked a little slow, so he's probably still hurting, but not as slow as I would have expected. Fans left him alone for the most part on Sunday, so I think it was closer to business as usual for him. I wanted to go up and give him my well wishes, but so did many others, so I simply settled for a kind word of greeting as we passed and a nod. I think he preferred it that way. Probably would have been a little overwhelming if he'd spent Sunday having to thank everyone on pit road and the garage.
