You know what...I'm having a change of heart,(and I may be the lone poster in this thread, and that's alright)...But I don't think anyone should be without well wishes and support on their wedding day...especially from fans. None of us (or very few of us) really know the ins and outs of their relationship. But if he's happy...then we should all be happy for him.

All differences...opinions...and doubt aside:

Elliott, I wish you all the best as you begin this new chapter in your life. May God Bless you and surround you with all the happiness and love you deserve. And may his blessings spill over to every juncture of your life and your future. Moving forward I hope this stage in your life reignites that sparkle in your eye that we've all come to know and love. Congratulations and God Speed.

(Talk is cheap, but actions speak volumes. We've all stuck by and supported him through thick and thin. What lies ahead is no different. It might turn out to be a high (which is great and it's what we hope for) & it might turn out to be a low...but most of us will continue to be supportive no matter what the outcome may be).

Nice thoughts, mo-mo. In most cases, you're right. Time will tell in this one and I do think his days in the public spotlight are numbered..which,(given what some people say he is like), is probably a blessing. If what people say about him and, now her, is true, they are not representative of what NASCAR needs to be. If NASCAR does not return to "it's roots", and soon, it will be another professional sport with a meeger following and will lose it's #1 or #2 status...and Elliott will become anonymous. Kind of funny, he'll be stuck in Emporia and I'll bet she thought she was getting OUT of Emporia by marrying him!!

I would also like to wish Elliott much joy, many blessings and over-abundance of happiness as he walks his new path. And I pray that they both trust and follow the words that God has written...

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

Sorry but he is going to need more the good luck to be married to that female dog. I pray he got so drunk last night that some of his buddys took him out in the backwoods of Va somewhere and left him. So he couldnt show up today.

Yes I have alot of ill feelings for her since I have watched a good man go down hill in the last year. He has aged so much he looks 20 years older then he is.

There are 30 threads to bash and vent in. Is it too much to ask to keep one positive?

Much appreciated!

Yes, unfortunately it is too much. There is nothing good to talk about today and at least some of us don't flip-flop back and forth to try to make ourselves feel better. We stick with what we know. We don't try to after slashing in one thread to atone in another by congratulating. She is what she is and it isn't going to change not now, not next week, not ever. So don't thump your chest at me when you are no better than the rest of us, only difference, we stand behind what we say and know this is the end of the man known as Elliott Sadler.

And as sad as you seem to THINK it may be, no one should ever wish bad things to happen to anyone, no matter who they are! And no I have not flipped my thoughts on that and never will!

I was not talking to you. I don't think it is sad, I KNOW it is sad, some of us happen to know what is going on while some of you have no clue. I can wish all the bad luck on her that I want to because she is a catty b*tch who thinks she has everyone fooled but little does she know that some of us know everything that she does and she will get hers one day. She is a vendictive person and if you think she is good and good for him or think that he is happy then you better think again. Sometimes you do things because you have to and yes, marriage is sometimes on of those things.

In all seriousness...if this makes Elliott a better person, than I am all for it. I wish, especially, that it makes him a more focused driver. Congratulations and Best Wishes (at least for Elliott)!
