I do too. I don't remember napping through a race back in the day, but now sometimes it is just boring. I like seeing guys putting the bumper to the guy in front of him if he needed to.

I remember that we were always on the edge of our seat waiting for things to happen.

Now we sit back and go, ok let's go eat or shop and when we get back see what's up. Or like you said, go for a nap.

I work and come home with maybe 100 laps left and I haven't missed much at all.

I have always been an Earnhardt fan, since the late 80's, I know alot of people have issue with the way he drove, but that was the way it was then. At least when Sr. was in the race you could hardly leave the room because you never knew what would happen. And, Sr. was not the only one who drove that way, alot of them did.

I watched the Unser and Andretti families race. I stopped watching racing in the late 80's and didn't get back into it until Jr's rookie year. I turned a race on to see who my brother was watching (Dale Sr), but I liked Jr better lol.

When/If jr starts doing well, Ill let you know how I feel. But, considering that no one can honestly say he's "done well" since 98-99 busch seasons when his dad was setting up his cars and calling the shots from the spotter's stand, it remains to be seen.

I would say he is doing well so far, he is sixth in the points and he will get a win soon.

Kyle Busch may be young but he's got that old school driving in him too. It amazes me how he zig zags up and down those tracks.

Well you can start preparing to let us know how you feel. If I remember right
you did not think Ole Carl baby would get the chopping block last week either. I think Kyle is fun to watch .I just hope he don't kill someone.
I also hope all the Media coverage don't go to his head.He is on a mission and I say good for him. Drive on Kyle....

Dang, I was thinking the same thing. I hope he doesn't kill someone too.. He's just a bit too reckless. I didn't like the little game he was playing with DJ on the last lap yesterday. There was no reason in the world that he couldn't just go around him. It was completely uncalled for.

I agree with you on that. The kid can drive, but personally I think Dale Jarett deserves more respect than that.

You're right, he can drive but that was one of the most disrepectful things I have seen in. Totally uncalled for. I hope Joe Gibbs chews him a new one today.

I totally agree, his interveiws make me sick,if he isn't careful his head is going to explode ,as big as it has got. The kid can drive, but he has to realize hes not the only driver on the track,no respect what so ever, for anyone. Did you hear him talking about Hendrick, the Good Year tire issues? Oh he just turns my stomach w/that attitude...He really needs to tone it down b 4 he does kill someone !!! Have a great day

With that growing head his helmets will need to be special made to fit. Regular size will
not work...lol Yes DJ should have done something back to him. Maybe he will get him this week. That was un- called for with the lead he had in the race.

DJ has too much class to do anything back. Maybe Mikey will have the honors.
