NOTEBOOK: This just in from Mr. Warmth

Full story: The Gaston Gazette

Tony Stewart's press conference? The usual. Denny Hamlin would be happy to take a championship off Jimmie Johnson's hands.

Wow, post an article about Tony Stewart on the Tony Stewart forum and you get spam, clueless and nuts skittles? ROFL.

Tony's right, it is now just a 10-race season. Another reason people have lost interest In the sport. And that's my opinion, not necessarily his.

Well they only really race the last 50 laps each race and the first 26 only count if you are in top 12. And they are just gonna find a way for jimmie to win..at least give him numerous times to capitalize to win.JMO but that is the sport today sad sad sad...and you are gaurnteed money if you only do 2 laps and pack up.

I think this doing 2 laps and calling it a race is dumb. If they can't run the entire race they need to stay home. I think with some teams that's all they have done all year.

you should only get a pay out if you actually are out for a wreck or a true mechanical problem ...no payout if you just start and park. come to run or do not come at all.

I think they need to shorten some of the races and you would see them racing harder. 3 or 4 hours is a long time to expect people to sit around on a weekend.

Watch the beginning of the race, switch to a football game or take a nap, then watch the last 10 laps, which usually takes CRASHCAR about a hour these days.

Tony is snarky because he is out of the chase because he went for wins and it didn't go his way... but...it is not true that the racing prior to the chase does not matter.. ask Ryan.. it matters.

A$$CAR is like watching paint dry! he product sucks and the "sport" is tanking like there is no tomorrow. Thanks to Fat Helton, the Drunken Baby Whale France, and the rest of the inbred hicks that run the "sport".

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Aries

Keep a firm grip on your money today to avoid anyone else getting their mitts on it. If you're out in public you should keep your wallet or bag clamped to your side, just in case it goes walkabout. You should also make sure you check any bills and invoices that you're given, in case they contain a mistake. It's a day when errors and deceptions are highly likely.
