Keselowski was fined $25,000 on Monday for tweeting during the red flag at Phoenix International Raceway .

He was fined for having an electronic devise in the car. And for his profanity laced presser.
Next time he should dictate to his crew chief and let him tweet his thoughts.

Nascar is a joke, tweeting when your stopped? come on Nascar,what a joke. lost me as a viewer!!!!
