I am not a robbie gordon fan, but, i feel that nascar picks and chooses who they fine which is unfair. pre-inspections are there for a reason,to correct items before a race not find who should be fined. inspect than allow the team to correct the car before a race. i feel the new rules have not improved the sport. SO fans back your driver, tell nascar what you think.

I truely want to believe that NASCAR treats the teams fairly and evenly but sometimes it is really hard to believe. I fully concur with NASCAR's stance of bringing a legal car to the inspection line and keeping it that way throughout the racing event or face the music. However NASCAR should realize that when they made calls they must do it the same way with everyone or face being considered to be playing favorites. If Robby is to be penalized for the part on his car, the 99 team should have been penalized for the second tire that rolled out of their pit. The crew chief has the authority and duty move anyone out of his pit that is in the way. If he has not done that, then his team should be penalized for any rules infraction caused by that person whether he is a pitcrewman or not. I would expect the 99 team to receive a severe penalty for the oil tank cover being off after the slam dung NASCAR gave the Nationwide teams for it just being loose.
