Apparently you do, Dipshit or you won't be. Jeff gave them a driving lesson today. He layed in wait and ambushed them at the exact right moment. That was a super race today. I hated to see Smoke get shuffled to the high side and drop back after giving Jeff that winning bump draft.

all I can say about this article is THANK GOD for racers like Tony Stewart who did not hang back and ride for hours on end making this a boring race until the last lap.. thank GOD there are some racers who race each lap.. too bad the reporter did not mention that Tony dominated the entire end of the race.. what a bonehead reporter, as usual... if all the drivers would have been as petrified as Jeff and Jimmie were... imagine all the fans in the stands falling asleep from boredom.. NASCAR really needs to start to appreciate Tony and his desire to lead every lap of a race!and so should every single poster on a forum named after the man

To each their own strategy! Whatever works, as long as your there at the end and have a strong finish, that's all that matters. Debi take of those rose colored Tony glasses and get real with yourself.

Well thats Dega for ya. All that matters is what you see in your rearveiw, and Jeff saw Tony moving up fast got in front and got the huge push from Tony's Surge. It happens Gordon played it right. Just sad Tony got left high and dry after that push. But like I said thats Dega. Still plenty of time to gain points I don't see a fat lady singing yet.

Its offical!!!! Tony Stewart is Jeff Gordon's bitch!!! The last thing Tony wanted to do is push Jeff Gordon into 1st place, but he had no choice. WOW!! GREATEST win by Jeff Gordon. Tony was leading and in the lead pack the whole day. Gordon was chilling in the back. Tony must feel like a little bitch right about now!! hahaha I love it!!!

No, the last thing Tony wanted to do was to push Jimmie Johnson into 1st place.

Jeff and Tony are friends, but Tony was actually just trying to win himself.

Tamara, do you go to any races? NEXTEL cup races? see, the TV shows you the first 2 cars real well and they show you Jr wherever he is, but they do not show Tony, who happens to be the most active driver on the track each and every race.. no matter where he starts in the field, he is working his way to the lead from the get go.. now if you have not ever seen him race in person, I can totally understand why you do not understand why those of us who have are so passionate about his driving.. I think you are a Jeff fan... Jeff gets a lot of breaks. Tony does not. Jeff also has a whole slew of fans among the media guys, like JR and Kenny and actually all the rest. I should be the one telling them that Jeff is merely human and it surely has helped him this year to get all the breaks that he has over the season. and then last week he and Jimmie have to go and tarnish the win by Biffle, who rightfully won that race, who would not have been caught, racing in the dark so that Jeff and Jimmie would not have a bad start to the chase.. behind Tony the rightful winner of the rained out race that should have ended hours before... your boy Jeffie, you go ahead and like him.. whatever.. if my posts bug you, don't read them.. it is not like they don't have my name attached to them.. geesh.
my hopes for NASCAR is that over the winter the big wigs get their heads together and actually write down rules that will be followed each and every week for the entire season and not selectively.

<quoted text>Of course jeff and jimmie pulled the yellow and played chicken and was to much of a coward to race like a real racer does no wonder they are known as girlie boys, if ya got guts like tony you would have been up front but they proved the cowards they are and now we know that ""THE COWARD MOVE" is the only way they can win, i wouldnt be danceing to my own tune if i were you, no one likes your cowards!!!!
1st of all guy, if you know anything about NASCAR you will know every race track is different and "strategy" comes into play at every single race track. Jeff Gordons strategy for dega worked flawless and I thank God that Jeff and Jimmy had brains instead of guts!!!! Gordon said "if I would have qualified in the front, I would have stayed in the front." So don't talk about having "guts" or being "cowards" thats just blasphemy!!! Respect the Greatest

<quoted text>Why so hostile?? oh yea, you know they are cowards cause a good driver with guts is not going to coward out and play safe, and if there that good then what was they worried about?? they knew they really dont have it to compete with the best cause there ass would have been out so in turn they showed the cowards thet really are restrictor plate or not cause a real driver with confidence would have been up there and showing his so called talent like the greatest Tony Stewart no coward in that guy and it took the very best to get your guy the win!! HAHAHAHA now come and we can really talk!!!I aint a guy i am a 64 year old granny, whats your excuse??See why you a hendricks fan, no respect but at least give a high five to the one and only man with guts of steel that dont play coward moves and helped your guy to win, real proud i bet!!

What is with all this B/S about Gordon and Johnson being scared to run. If that is the case about half the drivers in the chase are scared to race but the fact is that is pure Bull**it. The drivers that dropped back and saved their equipment are the majority of the ones that finished up front. Granny Gump AKA Shrimp Boat Granny and Debi Does are just a couple sore losers that can't stand to see another driver accomplish something special. Every driver in that race that didn't know the HMS drivers were going to be coming like a freight train at the end of that race are too stupid to have a NASCAR license. If Gordon had not pulled out on Johnson when he did Stewart would have won easy and I wouldn't have a problem with that either. It's a shame Granny Gump can't be a fan of a driver more than a month at a time. Boy, old Kevin got threw over fast, huh Granny?
