Nascar Ceo backs drug-testing program
NASCAR CEO Brian France says he is confident in the series' drug testing program that is under scrutiny again after A.J. Allmendinger's failed test.

Brian France needs to be tested for drugs, and while they're at it they should do a brain scan; I doubt there's too much going on up there.

i think nascar has done the right thing on testing but brad kes has not got and say in this he needs to keep his dam mouth shut is he the only driver in cup put tape on his big ass mouth he thinks he runs nascar but if he win a race i just cut my tv off

It's wasn't a "new" sample. It was sample "B" that was tested. When required to take a drug test they split the sample into two, sample "A" and sample "B". So the second test was done with the same pee.
They do this to make sure a mistake wasn't made with the first sample.
