I still say the problem with the #88 is the loose nut behind the wheel.

Afternoon to you.
I think that person is seriously confused and what I find funny is their comment, "That person who wrote the article fails".
The failure lies with their post, not the person who wrote the article.
Maybe I am just not investigating for a different meaning to this part: "remember, he was 25th in points last year. Itís hard to go from 25th into the top 12 in a year"
Note that the season is not over, so for whatever logic allows for Jr to rank 12th after Darlington by comparison to his rank at the end of a full season last year, it should also work for figuring out his rank BEFORE Darlington, and then comparing THAT to his rank last year.

Only it doesn't make sense to judge last years final race rank to anything else but a final rank from the end of this year. And in doing that, I think the logic fails.

Good Morning, Jim.
I wondered about that too. But maybe he finished 25th last year and then after the good run at Daytona he went to 2nd. Of course that is two different seasons so I do not think that counts - at least it does not count in my book.
Brilliant, because that is EXACTLY why I said the person who wrote that he went from 25th to 12 fails (at logic) because it doesn't count. Can't compare last season's rank to this season's unless comparing his rank after the same number of races, which I checked just now, after the same # of races, he was 18th, not 25th. So I don't think he was comparing his performance properly.

So it DOES show that he's improved with 12th place rank over 18th after 11 races last year. But last year shows Charlotte was the 12th race instead of Dover, and his rank after 12 races, 16th this year over 19th last season.
