Track at Bristol sets banking withdrawal
Bruton Smith , chairman and CEO of Speedway Motorsports, was joined by Charlotte Motor Speedway general manager Marcus Smith and Bristol Motor Speedway general manager Jerry Caldwell to announce changes to the Bristol track.

they can change these tracks all they want and the fans aren't going to come. Most of then have the bigger picture of what NASCAR is anymore. A money making machine that controls the events to get the results they want.

They figure if they turn the race back into a demolition derby, the Jr type of fans will pay anything to watch it; as long as it doesn’t affect their ability to purchase cheap beer.
