The full story says that traffic will cause delays. Slow traffic in all areas. Don't they know by now what it will cause as they race there every year. So why is this a story to take note of. Maybe they should ask the Joliet IL police department how to conduct traffic flow as they are very good at Chicagoland speedway for traffic flow. From end of sprint cup race last September Geico 400 traffic was cleared in less then 2 hrs form the track and traffic was little slow on I80 but moving very well as well as all other area roads
