1st of all in the state of NC you have to be legally separated for 365 days before you can file for divorce. 2nd. It isn't anyone's business.

Jeez Louise, guys, get a life. Dale is a big boy. He pays his money, and he takes his chances. In short, he makes his decisions, and he will reap the rewards or consequences.If his family is in trouble, then I pray for them. I have hauled my 3 kids to most of the tracks. One time at Bristol Dale got spun by Bobby Labonte in the number 18 car. Dale ran out to the track with his ( expensive ) helment and put a wammy on the number 90 Hileg Miers car. I know I spelled that name wrong sorry. Anyway I got a clear shot of it and I have it in my collection. I always find a way to get close to where the drivers at the tracks when we go and I will say this about Dale Jarrett, he is one of the best NASCAR has in it's ranks. I hope he and his wife do not divorce if that is the case. He is a great guy and I sure hope the best for him and his whole family.
