He gets no respect because it appears as if he has had everything handed to him in cup. Dominate cars from a power house team, same crew chief, phoney rehersed interviews, Manhatten lifesyle and wife doesn't connect with average fans, he came on the scene about the time everyone was tired of Jeff Gordon from the same shops....... and so on.

JJ gets little or no respect because he's taken advantage & won everthing put forth in his way. Most "fans" don't like drivers who win all the time especially not theirs. He's doing what he's suppose to be doing and yet he still gets booed. He's a class act and most of you "fans" wouldn't know class if it bit you in the a@@. This is the Jimmie Johnson era and your just a "fan" watching greatness. I look for him to start a new championship run after taking a year off and establish himself as the New King of Nascar.

I hope Newman is taking notes. He better not ever win a championship or he'll be looking for a ride the season after.

Rightful nicknames of the 5-time 5time 5-time champ...Dominator, The Closer, Superman, The New King of Nascar, GOAT, etc. Nobody has more wins, championships, or top finishes than JJ. Don't make me reference where at more than one track he's DOMINATED at. California, Phoenix, Charlotee, etc. Damn near led all the friggin' laps.

He's been referred to as "The Dominator" many times over the years and it just shows how much you've been watching Nascar Mr. "Wet Behind the Ears".

That's funny...didn't really think/want to have a comeback session with you. It's funny too...didn't think your mom was great at bj's last night until she swallowed and told me "that will be $2 sir".

He has the ability to get the job done without doing the spin to win B.S. that King Dale used. Either way Nascar loved them and their owners and sponsors, who likely kicked in tons of dough to keep the boys up front.

At this stage in their careers Dale Sr.(first 11 years) has 15 wins 1 championship. JJ, 55 wins and 5 straight championships. I look for him to have a big year next year and the rate he's going he'll pass Dale Sr.'s career totals in wins & championships in the next six years
