Are you freaking kidding me? First, the hussy fights her late husband's namesake for rights, then she's ready to sell to a black guy with a Jewish name? WTF? What's happening to our sport??????

Teresa is no fool. She is the one that build DEI and made it sucessful. Teresa thinks she sees what is coming down the road and thinks this is a good time to get out. Sponsors are going to be more difficult to obtain. The big three automakers are going to pull back. The only teams that will be sucessful will be Gibbs, Penske, Roush and HMS. Stewart is wasting his money buying into a team. The rest of the one and two car teams are going to struggle.

If he couldn't drive, he wouldn't be second in points with a win. There goes that theory.

Well, Junior has stated quite clearly that he doesn't want to buy it nor does he want any part of it. I can't say that I am surprised by that. He said that he didn't think it was in Teresa's character to give that up. Apparently, he heard of the reports while chatting with Truex on the interent.

Actually Jr.(the demanding brat) was fighting with Teresa (sole owner of DEI) for ownership.

Jr. had no "right" to it, it wasn't his.

Well aren't you a racist, prejudice POS.

Jr. should be very proud to have you in it.

You just showed everyone your intelligence level.

Um, For Your Information, Jr would NOT be proud to have a racist and prejudiced person in the sport. Don't bring Jr's good name into it.

Maybe JR chooses not to live in his father's shadow. Could be the reason he doesn't want to buy it.

That witch!!! I really think she is about the greediest person in the world...she wanted the world to think that she had been a mom to Dale all these years, but when it came to having that number, she wanted it her way!!!! She just knows what when she lost Dale to HMS then he came along and aquired Mark...her days were numbered. I still think she should reconsider sellin to Dale!!!!!!

She's greedy?

How about Jr. demanding 51% of DEI?

She gave him a price to sell a percentage of HER company, but he didn't want to buy it.

She did?

I think you are the one creating a falsehood that doesn't fit in your warped fantasy.

It's her number, not Jr.

She can do anything she wants with it.

Losing Jr. to HMS was a blow to DEI.

Two reasons;

1. Sponsorship dollars, Bud wanted a face nothing more (insert KK)

2. Merchandise dollars, with all of Jr. fanatical fans paying for the Earnhardt name.

HMS getting MM is not a great move, nor a long term one.

MM was a great driver. He's past his prime and all he's doing is keeping the seat warm until RH finds a suitable younger driver.

If DEI is for sale (which is said to be untrue) I'm pretty sure if Jr. wanted to buy it, she would let him.

I have to say with all your statements being so far off, you did get one thing correct.

Your ID name.

There's nothing wrong with buying merchandise with Jr's name on it. He's extremely marketable. I do agree, losing JR was a huge blow. Now it looks like DEI will be nothing but a memory.

Jim, Junior did not demand DEI. He was willing to pay for it. When you demand something, you almost certainly expect it for free. Junior did not. The reason he didn't pay the 55 mil is because Teresa wanted him to answer to a board of directors. This board would need to approve any major decision he wanted to make and the 8 team-his team- was the only one that he would have full control over. If I wa spaying 55 million for a company, I owuld expect a bit more say in everything.

So, because we buy Junior merchandise we are fanatics? Doesn't every fan buy merchandise to support their driver? I am a bit confused on why Junior fans are fanatics for supporting their driver buy purchasing his merchandise.

I agree with you on MM. I have no idea why Hendrick hired him. It would have been smarter to go with another guy. Plus, I just really don't like MM.
