this guy is nuts. NASCAR is not going to reduce Knaus's penalty. He cheated and got caught again. He clearly has a record of attempting to game the system way beyond what other teams do.

maybe but I would hope pressure from owners and racers and fans and sponsors for the integrity of the sport would do the right thing and hold them accountable. NASCAR is a national sport now not just a good ol boys moon shining clu
