Read the comments at the end of the story, by the posters. There are a few Wall-Banger-Kook-Aid-Drinkers and some who have that no-talent pretty well figured-out.
Some of those bashers are funny as hell, with their comments concerning.....POS and his lack of driving talent and skills.
All agree-----A Billy Mays.......he IS!
How could anyone write about Jack Roush (a real racer) and POS (a real hacker) in the same paragraph or sentence, is beyond my comprehension.
I did that one poster-----"He did create the Lucky-Dog!" LMFAO, Banger-Buds.

Hey D, do you remember what happened to have Mike step up and ask for the Luckie dog?

Dale Jarret almost met with the racing Gods on one of those race back to the flag days.

Thats when Mike came up with it, not because he is always one lap down.

Hell most of last year he was two laps down, so the LD never helped him, but Reut got a couple of those.

Anyways it was a good Idea, by the way when was the last time JG, JJ, DE-jr came up with any thing, they just take the money and run, sure they give back but they also get paid to do that as well.

Ok Im done,

Every car on the track benefits from the luck dog deal. It makes for more cars running harder to run. They aren't out of hope when they get a lap down. They still have a chance to win, even if they had some stupid deal cause them to go a lap down. I think its a great rule and I commend MW for the idea.

People who complain about the lucky dog have 0 memory or are new to the sport. Nobody almost T-boned DJ because he was sitting straight on the front stretch.

Prelucky dog - Leader would slow and let multiple cars get their lap back. Mark Martin almost wrecked once he slowed down so fast to let his teammate by. Then came the young guns, they stopped slowing down to let cars go buy, that created the hard racing when a wreck occured. Anybody recall the gentlemans agreement?

It amazes me how much you guys blame on MW. The article wasn't even about MW getting credit for the lucky dog. It was about grouping the top 35 together in Q. Take a breath and stop spending so much time obsessing over someone you hate so much. It's not healthy.

Na$car was a dangerous sport for how many years?

Now, its just a pathetic shell of itself---Entertainment--runnin g around circles for millions

If someone did something stupid on the track before this crap---they took care of it amongst themselves after the race. THE WAY IT SHOULD BE

They took all the danger, fun, off the wall, pure moments of the sport--out of the sport and killed it.

Hi, Nas...I am exhausted just reading "us." We all decided to come back to life at the same time.

Glad to see ya. Well, not literally see ya. I gotta get some more pictures taken. I had breast implants and am now larger than my secretary, Big Al. I am having a problem with the elevator door though; I really have to stand waaaaay back.....I also had cheek implants (no, not back there) and I look a little like Kurt Busch.

Oh man WF's there's hope for my HHR, I wonder if GM is considering having that mob-eal sank-shoned for NASCAR.

My little 2.4 all of a hun-dread and seivinty ponys, man that'd be some racing wouldn't it.

I can see it now Q's would be about four hours long at tracks like Daytona. I hope they change to one and done, cause two laps would mean they'd have to start on Thursday so they could race on Sunday.

V-EIGHTS are great especially with Vodka.

The "Lucky Dog" is one of the dumb rules that puts the WWE in NASCAR.

The only way Mikey's car will ever win, is if he hires someone else to drive it.

Knock off this home-based..... psych.-bullshit, dude.
I only take advice from a.......trained....pro----fess ional, either like Dr. Dave or Fityfive.
Don't try giving advice (bullshit advice at that).........at home or without a PhD degree or license from the state of FL, dude.
You could end-up injuring someone's delicate psyche, with an incorrect diagnosis of your, perceived psychosis of those individuals [Wallbanger, Bozo, Tripper, BigE and Freakie].
Besides the APA (American Psychologial Assoc) could end-up kicking your ass, for practicing without proper......credentials. I'll discuss this at the univ. with a couple of psych. profs. when I am there, later today.
Go check-out Benito, instead of worrying about wallbanger and the other....."bashers". ....who proclaim......."the-truth ".....around here, to the Kook-Aid-Drinkers.

Everyone doesn't benefit from the lucky dog rule. Your telling me A driver that can get 2 or 3 lucky dogs because of speeding in the pits or drop a few lug nut's and screw up. So they end up beating a guy who ran a good clean race. With todays technology they can frezze em at the yellow very easy. Nascar wants it because if they had there way every would be on the same lap. Look at the cookie cutter cot's. Pretty soon it will just be and Iroc race if they keep messing with it. Look at the bright side though maybe old Mikey Pooh could ask for special 2 lap lucky dog just for him. Nascar might condsider it so Mikey Pooh could finish on the same lap for more than a couple races a year.
