Casey was pushed through the ranks way to fast. He is a great driver but they never gave him the time to adjust and completly demorilized his confidence

It just sucks that the team Casey is with right now can't even make it thru the race without some mechanical break down. They made it eight laps in California after an ok qualify effort.Casey deserves better equipment than this.

I think Casey has raw tallent and he can beat the best they have.He was not been given the equipment that his team mates have had.I also think that the teams he has been on just didnt give him very much, because he is no James Dean but one hell of a nice guy.I remember his first Daytona he was in seveth place until Gordon had a problem so not to bad at his first one .I hope he gets a chance again.Remember the best come back stronger. Thanks Casey. For the people that wants to know the truth. Here its is. Casey listen to his father and moved up the ranks to soon. His dad was his manager. When ray everham pulled him out of the 19. His dad started trying to tell ray how to run his racing team. He got tired of that stuff and said he"s done with him. From a rcr racing member that's the truth

Thanks outlaw. Do you think there is a chance will ever see him at any level of NASCAR in the future. I am guessing not, but I sure wish someone would give him another shot...maybe this time his dad would stay out of it if that is the way it played out the first time. I am not doubting you; I just don't have any knowledge one way or the other.

Casey is really one of the nicest drivers. Has he been blackballed?? NO! Here is what i was told by more than one team. Casey wont race and i mean race unless he is pissed you have to make him made before he will. I was a hauler driver for differnt race teams for many years both in whats called the nationwide series as well as sprint cup. Dang still busch and winston cup to me.
Casey is a real class act. I like the kid always have!! So that is what I have been told. Dont get me wrong he is GREAT at telling you what the car is or is not doin.
I hope 2011 will b the year Casey gets back in a full time race car not just a field filler!!!

Everham did mess over Casey, but as far as Mayfield....well he couldn't win a go cart race if he was the only one racing....... with or without his DRUGS

Yes I believe my son will race, He is an awesome driver and someone will call him, his dad is NOT involved anymore with any of Casey's decision's and he was born to race if given the chance again, he is his own man, married with 2 little girls. What a great driver for someone that believe's in him and I know there are some that do.

I have and still am a big Casey fan. I will always feel that had he stayed in Nationwide a year or two more, things would have turned out different. It is killing me that he is not back in NASCAR. I have a die cast model of every car he ever drove, including the rare Ford Motorola 19 he drove before Dodge came back.
