Vickers needs to shut up I remember at Daga when he took both Jr and Jimmie out of the race.He thinks what he does is o.k. Well its about time he learned how it feels to have someone keep you from winning. No pity for him here.

I understand someone being upset with Vickers because of the Dega incident. But, that doesn't excuse what Jr. did. There were other drivers in the race besides Vickers. I feel like the real winner is Kasey Kahne. Nascar doesn't tell you "don't speed on pit road again"; they just bust you for doing it. They should have treated the passing of the pace car the same way. A rule is a rule. If it would have been Robby Gordon instead of Jr, I bet you that Nascar would have penalized him so fast that it would make your head spin. I am not a Jr. hater by any means, I like Jr. and respect his abilities, but what he did Sunday should have resulted in a penalty.

There should have been no penalty, becaus eit is not an official rule in the rulebook. He got a warning which is fair and after he got the warning, he did not pass the pacecar again. It was perfectly legal.

How is it that 42 other drivers found it impossible to drive 9 laps (18miles) further than their fuel cells were supposed to take them? And yet Junior did it with ease. I guess Sr. was pushing him from heaven? Or some such other nonsense?

It would be nice if everyone could just drop the conspiracy theories and move on..

But that would be asking too much I suppose..

Good Morning Back....and Happy Friday!!!

I will if I have time today. My day is shaping up to be rather a busy one.
I am preparing to head over to one of the teams shops here in Indy to evaluate some material.

I am a Ganassi fan. I lean more towards the IRL team...Dixon and Wheldon.
Then there's Scott Pruett, Sorenson and JPM.

I'm really not to keen on Dario. I think he came to NASCAR just to appease his wife.

May not be as busy as I thought. I may be able to sneak in that margarita for lunch after all.

I like JPM to, although with my family we each have a big favorite so everyone is rutting for someone different which is great makes it more exciting.

What are your plans for race day?

But NASCAR admitted their mistake the other day. A little too late, but still! As far as Vickers' first win - the incident with Jimmie and Jr.... tough call on that one - going for the win - he crossed the line first. "Winning Ugly" perhaps, but still a win!
