Nascar blew it. Earnhardt should have been black flagged and parked for min. 2 races.

Words of wisdom from Junior

"We had a pit stop where I was told the right-front tire was only an inch over the line," Earnhardt said. "I was held a lap for that and I don't feel like that was a fair trade. Maybe it's time to re-evaluate that rule."

http://www.nascar.com/2009/news/headlines/cup...

So junior should NASCAR “re-evaluate” every rule that you are unable or to stupid to follow. Maybe it would be easy just to have a rule that no rules apply to Junior. Last week he was telling track owners to build large hotels at the track to make it cheaper for the fans. Not sure what his plans are for the other 50 weeks of the year.

As for junior offer to meet Vickers in the garage, I would love to see his AZZ get kicked on T.V.

One wouldn’t see this type of driving in sports cars or indy cars. The incident proves just how low class NASCAR and their drivers are. Once they stop acting like Bo and Luke Duke maybe, just maybe people other than hillbillies will take the sport seriously. Thank god for the ALMS, LEMS, SPEED GT, and F1 series.

This seems to be your standard reply. What team do YOU race for? Do you have a license? Do you even have any fuzz on your sack? Grow up and learn how to argue intelligently, or get lost.
Argue intelligently? You are going to call someone out about arguing intelligently, and use "do you even have any fuzz on your sack?" Come on, you can fight cleaner and classier than that. Don't stoop, it is bad for your posture.

I saw much worse in Indy cars. Little Miss Danica has run over 2 humans on pit row.
It's better to miss your pit than send a body flying through the air and that's what she did.

Right, that's why all the series you mentioned are always on the verge of bankruptcy and you can rarely find them on TV. NASCAR competes with the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL in ratings and exposure. The IRL is lucky ESPN shows their highlights.

What about Dario Franchitti, Patrick Carpentier, or even Juan Pablo Montoya or Sam Hornish? They were the best open-wheeled racing had to offer, and they can't hang with the big boys of NASCAR. Or precious little Danica whining that she would like to be in NASCAR, but the schedule is too long and hard. Boo hoo. Sip your Evian and shut your elitist mouth.

NASCAR and stock car racing are the dominant motorsport in the United States and much of the world.

GET USED TO IT, YUPPIE FOOL.

Much of the world? Get a clue hillbilly.
Montoya and Speed are the laughing stock of the international racing community for their venture into cookie cutter oval racing. Saying that Hornish or Dario was the best is clearly your opinion.
I’d love to see one of these NASCAR wonder boys drive an Audi R10 or R15 against Tom Kristensen or Allan McNish.
By the way, screaming boogity during a telecast only bodes well in the hillbilly communities. Everyone else laughs and wonders if it’s a joke.

BTW, they could have just moved his car in before starting the work and it would only have cost him a few seconds instead of a lap!

Nascar officials are dumb, and some of the rules dont make any sence. The painted line marks the spot of the pit box therefor even if the tire is on the line he is still in the box. If nascar doesn't want drivers to pit outside of there box then they should not paint it as wide. And why the hell doesn't the official make them back up and start over instead of getting in the way of the pit crew on ly to hold the driver for a penalty lap. Every sport has dumb officials, nascar has alot.
