Cut your engines, gentlemen. Pay is due U.S. Army Accessions Command (USAAC) and U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAWRECK)- pay their Army Federal Civil Servants their back pay for working off the clock 11 hour days every day in return for comp time when they were entitled to overtime! USAAC/USAREC fed civil servants, see TRADOC Command Policy Letter # 17, 28 Apr 2009, on TRADOC website, then go to the OPM website and learn how to file your claim immediately at www.opm.gov/flsa . Or, hire a DC employment law attorney for yourself or join a class action claim. You will be entitled probably to back pay, interest and liquidated damages - double pay. File now as the statute of limitations is for two years and maybe three. Do youselves a favor in these recessionary times and no COLAS - file your claim(s)!!!
