Because he has a great attitude, a great public speaker, especially when in front of the camera, and it's the same reason why people think he has it made to fit into politics. I say it's a much better option than some others out there. Who else better could they get, Jimmie Johnson? Please, that's hilarious! |

Please! That's a joke! Jimmie has no personality or passion in his interviews or any other time. Even when he wins a race, he's so dull he might as well have a woodpecker knocking on that block of wood he calls a head! Jeff Burton shows more compassion not only for the state of the sport, but for the fans as well! They couldnt of picked a better driver to be on General Hospital than Burton, a class act! |

Oh, so your sexist, i see. Well, of course im attracted to women, but from a viewer watching the tv i think Burton comes across as a more likeable and understanding person, far more than Jimmie Johnson. Watching an interview with Jimmie Johnson is about as exciting as watching paint dry or a tree grow. Jeff Burton has passion and emotion when he talks, he's great in front of the camera and fans as well. |

First off, Jeff Burton is not an "old fart" as you so ignorantly put it, as Burton has more talent in just last year alone compared to Mears and Kahne as far as im concerned is just a pretty boy who only landed Bud sponsor for his looks, cause it damn sure wasnt because of his talent, that is very obvious! Both Mears and Kahne are pathetic when it comes to their driving capabilities and they may eventually start looking for another career, possibly acting cause all they do now is "act" like they are racecar drivers, they just miss the talent part. |
